Our Flexographic Printing Capabilities

• Line Screen: 55 Line Screen at 15% density.
• Registration Factor: Alignment within a tolerance of 1/8 inch.
• Side-to-Side Alignment Tolerance: A 1/16 inch tolerance for print alignment.
• Design Capability: The process can accommodate logos with detail, subject to restrictions based on design complexity.

Design and Artwork Specifications

Minimum Font Size and Line Weight:

• Positive: Minimum 6 pt. Helvetica font size, 1/64 inch (1 point) line weight.
• Negative (reversed out): Minimum 9 pt. Helvetica font size, 1/32 inch (2 point) line weight.

Gusset Printing: Available upon approval, subject to ink coverage limitations.

Ink and Color Specifications

Color Matching on Colored Paper: Special charges apply for matching Pantone colors on colored paper, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
